Challenges

Challenge yourself daily. When you do this, you will feel accomplished at the end of the day. They do not have to be big challenges, either.

Start with this one: Drink at least 64 ounces of water everyday for a week. At the end of the week, start a new challenge, but stick with the old one as well. Taking baby steps and challenging yourself is a great way to get started on your journey to excellent health.

Here are a few more challenges to get your started over the next few weeks!

  • Eat 2 cups of veggies.
  • Exercise 5 times this week for at least 45 minutes.
  • Eat 3 servings of fruit.
