Start with this one: Drink at least 64 ounces of water everyday for a week. At the end of the week, start a new challenge, but stick with the old one as well. Taking baby steps and challenging yourself is a great way to get started on your journey to excellent health.

- Eat 2 cups of veggies.
- Exercise 5 times this week for at least 45 minutes.
- Eat 3 servings of fruit.
