What’s On My Plate
Hey all! We made it to day 3! AH YEAH! How’s it going for you all so far? Hanging in there? Dude. It’s going fine here, but… I SERIOUSLY need to get my veggies in. I took pictures of everything I ate yesterday, and I didn’t eat one SINGLE veggie. Well, I did have a baked potato for dinner, but I count that as more of a carb. Usually I’ll have at least 2 servings a day, which still isn’t great, but it’s better than not eating ANY. What the heck? So I’m going to make more of an effort to get those in. Not only do they fill you up and keep you fuller longer, but they help fight off diseases! So important. I know you already knew that, though. I bet most of us could work on getting our veggies in, huh? Let’s do it.
Also I just want to talk about my baked potato. It was bomb.com. Instead of sour cream, I used non fat greek yogurt. I never thought I could replace my sour cream, but this is SO good. I don’t even miss sour cream! And it’s also so good for you. And it has a lot of protein!
