Quick Morning Workout
Complete this workout after you wake up to give your metabolism a little boost! You might feel so energized that you’ll want to skip that morning cup of coffee. Yeah, you heard (read) me! It won’t take you too long, either. A fun thing to do is time yourself and try and beat your previous time. So hop to it!
Repeat twice:
- 50 jumping jacks
- 20 alternating lunges
- 20 mountain climbers
- 20 pushups
- 20 squats
- 20 bicycle crunches (slowly. feel the BURN.)
- 20 high knees
