:30 sec of work per station for 5 rounds total, 2 min. rest between rounds.

- Toe taps on BOSU (or medicine ball)
- Russian twist
- Lunge w/ lateral raise
- Burpies w/ BOSU (or without if you don’t have a BOSU)
- Crunches w/ med. Ball
- Inch worms
