Full Body Circuit

Warm up

:30 sec of work per station for 5 rounds total, 2 min. rest between rounds.

  • Squat jumps
  • Pushups
  • Toe taps on BOSU (or medicine ball)
  • Russian twist
  • Lunge w/ lateral raise
  • Burpies w/ BOSU (or without if you don’t have a BOSU)
  • Crunches w/ med. Ball
  • Inch worms

Cool down
