- Lunge holding medicine ball 15 reps per leg

- One Leg Bridge Leg Lift 15 reps per leg
- Wall sit w/ bicep curls 20 reps
- Mountain Climbers 30 reps
- Tricep dips 20 reps
- Plank Touch Outs 20 reps
