Equip. needed: Medicine ball (or dumbbell), dumbbells, exercise mat

Warm up

  • Lunge holding medicine ball 15 reps per leg
  • Push Ups 20 reps
  • Squats 20 reps
  • Toe Taps 50 reps
  • One Leg Bridge Leg Lift 15 reps per leg
  • Wall sit w/ bicep curls 20 reps
  • Mountain Climbers 30 reps
  • Tricep dips 20 reps
  • Plank Touch Outs 20 reps
