Beginner Workout 3

Do each round twice.

Equip. needed: Step, dumbbells, exercise mat

Warm up

ROUND 1

  • Lateral Step-ups   15 reps per leg
  • Deadlifts   15 reps
  • Plie Squats   15 reps per leg

ROUND 2

  • Reverse fly   15 reps
  • Chest fly   15 reps
  • Preacher curl   15 reps per arm

ROUND 3

  • Skull crusher   15 reps
  • Lateral/Front raise   15 reps
  • Russian Twist   15 reps

Cool down
