Warm up
ROUND 1
- Lateral Step-ups 15 reps per leg
- Deadlifts 15 reps
- Plie Squats 15 reps per leg
ROUND 2
- Reverse fly 15 reps
- Chest fly 15 reps
- Preacher curl 15 reps per arm
ROUND 3
- Skull crusher 15 reps
- Lateral/Front raise 15 reps
- Russian Twist 15 reps
