300 Rep Time Challenge

Warm up

  • 60 Jump squats into superman
  • 60 Alternating lunges
  • 60 Monkey businesses

(Monkey business: Start in a squat position, bend over & do a “push up shoulder press”. Then back to squat position, jump up, knees in front of you, slap the tops of your knees with your hands.)

  • 60 Side crunches, 30 reps per side
  • 60 Spiderman pushups

(Spiderman pushup: Start in a push-up (plank) position. As you descend down into your push-up, bring your right leg out to the side, trying to touch your right arm. Repeat opposite side)
